The Island is an original creative format by Musa.
The first edition of this boutique festival, built to imagine a better future together, is taking place in Pantelleria from the 2nd to the 5th of June 2022.
Our mission is to create a music and sustainability festival for independent and visionary people.
We decided to set it in Pantelleria, an island in the Mediterranean Sea in front of Sicily, typical for its wildness and outstanding locations.
The Island will be powered by clean energy, thanks to the sustainability partnership of Plenitude, which shares with us the values and objectives of mitigating the environmental impact.
The event will make the festival and the island of Pantelleria more sustainable with the installation of a photovoltaic system. It will power the activities during the Festival and will subsequently be donated to the island to generate clean energy for another 30 years.
We will also install permanent Be Charge electric charging columns all over the island.
Four days of experiences in contact with nature and daily talks about environmental protection will animate the event.
Three nights of music with talented and amazing artists, such as Peggy Gou, Moodymann, Nu Genea live band and many more, will let us dance and dream together during The Island.
