CHALLENGE
Raising public awareness of the need for more rights and protections for all the workers involved in the conception, design and construction of events, giving at the same time a message of hope and change.  

SOLUTION
 We launched a new moving video titled Ghostage, signed by the renowned production house Except and dedicated to the workers of the events industry.
We gathered a crew and turned on the spotlight in Piazza Duomo in Milan, between the deafening silence, to ask for restart plans including the definition of a future-proof and actionable model capable of guaranteeing the protection of the rights of these workers.

The video was released on May 1st, International Workers’ Day, a highly symbolic date.

The initiative was fully supported by the professional clothing brand Würth MODYF Italia and by the workers’ associations which are fighting to obtain greater protections for these workers.
